Hao is so incredibly talented and such a sweet person. I ordered a couple of custom charms from her and was able to watch her make them on her TikTok live. The intricacy involved in constructing each charm isn’t just putting beads on a rope - there is so much more skill involved than that. If you order a custom charm from her, and are lucky enough to be offered a chance to watch it be made, you’ll see what I mean. I plan on ordering more, because I need a charm from Hao on every bag!!
