RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

All sales are FINAL. Each item is sold as is. Be sure to look at the video and photos before checking out. Due to the nature of the handmade products, unfortunately, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges for all items or services once purchased. Customers are responsible for import tax/VAT that customs may charge. Once purchased, customers acknowledged and accepted the shop policies and all possible imperfections of the piece during its creation process. Unfortunately, we're not responsible for any recklessness or mistreatment of the item on your part that resulted in damage. We're not responsible for any lost or damaged package from shipping, as it's beyond my control. The being said, we take extreme care by excessively wrapping the package with reliable protective materials and a use double-walled packing box to ensure no damage to the piece when it arrives.
